this week long training course is a great way to find out everything about chimpanzees and get close to the animals. the chimpanzee sanctuary was founded in order to conserve the amazing primates that are estimated to be extinct within their natural habitats in as little time as 10 years. the daily lectures teach you about the history of chimpanzees in africa, chimpanzee diet and behaviour, environmental education and sanctuary management. the main aspect of your work is chimpanzee behaviour monitoring. you also record chimpanzee vocalization, patrol reserve fence line, sort fruit and vegetable, plant trees inside the enclosures and spray herbicide. 7 days | training course in chimpanzee sanctuary consisting of theory and active participation in the work with the chimpanzee
