in order to avoid disappointment, we recommend early booking, because most tours and projects have limited departures and seats. on receipt of your enquiry we are happy to check availability and send you a quotation.

5% discount
when booking a tour you can receive 5% discount on the price that the tour operator lists the tour, if you:
A. book the first offer that we send you (which means that we do not have to send you more than three mails until the booking is finalised)
B. find a tour yourself at one of our partners and book it through us. 

payment
in order to book the chosen product, we require a deposit payment. the amount is fixed by the tour operator. we will inform you accordingly. on receipt of your payment we will send you your booking confirmation with all further information.

consultation
our consulation is for free in general. in order to offer this service, our communication is usually by e-mail. please note that after 5 e-mails and no booking, we do charge a consultation fe of ZAR 250. we will let you know in time should this become necessary.

language
most of the tours and projects are conducted in english.

liability
elements of africa can not be held liable for the products of his partners, but only acts as agent. all products are chosen carefully. nevertheless, there can be changes. of course, we will inform you in time should this happen and offer you an alternative should it be necessary.

cancellation
due to the fact that we work together with different tour operators that all have different cancellation conditions, we will be happy to inform you on request about the conditions of the tour operator you chose. generally, at least the deposit is kept in case of a cancellation.

health und visa
we recommend that you inform yourself before your departure about the immigration regulations and vaccination requirements of the country you will be traveling and take the necessary precautions. a travel insurance is also recommendable. you are responsible to select a trip that is in full conformity with your state of health and physical abilities. we would also like to draw your attention to the elevated level of risk entailed in adventure trips in africa. you are fully responsible for accidents, loss inflicted on yourselves or third parties or fatal accidents.

complaints
if any complaints occur during your trip, it is advisable to react on-site by informing us or the tour guide. since elements of africa acts as agent only, we are happy to accept the complaint and forward it to the tour operator.
